The development of the High Street project in Raipur state, Chhattisgarh, was part of a large commercial scheme by the Rama Group to transform the area into a prosperous hub for local retailers and businesses.
Leading architectural Indian lighting manufacturer K-LITE worked alongside consultant one MEP to supply lighting fixtures and poles for the redevelopment of the outdoor street lighting and external road areas along the High Street. As a brand renowned for its customisation capabilities, K-LITE were involved from the initial concept design point, working closely with the consultant and Rama Group technical team to create an excellent road lighting solution.
The High Street project is around 98 acres within the Rama Group’s 450-acre property, with a shopping mall and business spaces developed to provide prosperous opportunities for growth in the wholesaler, retailer and service industries.
K-LITE supplied 5 meter and 6 meter Circular Poles along with corresponding Spectra Street luminaire of 50W and 100W, which were installed along the landscape and road of the High Street. These innovative and robust designs are ideal for street lighting, providing visual integration with the environment. The aesthetically designed sturdy construction is made to withstand all weather conditions, maintaining the power of its initial performance throughout the lifetime of the installation.
Spectra Luminaire offers a perfect street asymmetrical distribution to ensure optimal light output with low power consumption and reduced wattage. To ensure ongoing easy maintenance and lasting lighting effects, they are strong and stable, corrosion-resistant and durable in design.
