Spanning 6.8 lakh square feet over five dynamic floors, the newly completed mall sets a benchmark in contemporary commercial architecture and experiential design.

Developed by the acclaimed team at Bentel Associates who appointed Let Design Lighting Consultants on to the project, it seamlessly integrates architecture, interior design, and lighting to create a holistic, immersive environment. The mall features a curated mix of premium Indian and international brands, a vibrant culinary precinct, and eight state-of-the-art cinema screens, all enveloped in a visually dramatic and highly functional design.

At the heart of mall’s identity is its striking façade, architectural statement of bold lines and a layered material palette, Let Design’s scheme focused on vibrant colour lighting that transforms the structure into a kinetic light sculpture after dark. The façade is both a beacon and an invitation, elevating the mall beyond a commercial space to a visual icon within the city.

The interior design language is minimalist yet impactful. Clean lines, spacious layouts, and layered ceiling treatments offer both clarity and elegance. Lighting plays a crucial role in defining spaces and enhancing navigability, with precision downlights and integrated linear fixtures emphasising the mall’s architectural contours.
