Tamlite Lighting has confirmed its presence at this year’s Smart Building Show, where it will shine a spotlight on cutting-edge smart lighting controls.
Where energy efficiency, lifespan and ease of installation were once the key considerations of lighting upgrades, control, flexibility, and connectivity have grown in importance with smarter systems providing a raft of advanced benefits for environmentally conscious organisations. It is these that the experienced team from Tamlite will be conveying to visitors to the show at ExCEL London in October.
The latest smart lighting systems – such as Tamlite’s Vision Air – offer the epitome of control, data management and integration, security, and advanced emergency lighting. Not only are they advantageous in gathering data on how the building is being used, meaning building managers can make informed decisions on energy consumption in line with sustainability ambitions, it’s also easier to set up individual lighting scenes and schedules that can be controlled by end-users to meet their wellbeing needs. Another advantage with the latest generation of systems is that emergency lighting tests can be scheduled when it is least disruptive.
Colin Lawson, Head of Sales & Marketing at Tamlite Lighting, comments: “We’re very excited to be exhibiting at the Smart Buildings Show, where connected, intelligent lighting technology is very much the focus of our presence. It is our first major trade show for some time – and will be a much-welcomed opportunity to reconnect with the market.
“Lighting has now fully embraced the digital world and in the process has opened up new opportunities for designers, installers, energy managers and end-users. Tamlite believes this shift presents all sorts of opportunities for smarter, more connected approaches to estate and building management. Not only do wireless systems facilitate greater flexibility in today’s market, they also open up more opportunities in the future.
“We are leading the way in connecting luminaires, rooms and buildings through the most cost-effective, efficient and intelligent systems and our lighting solutions have been developed in response to a changing world. Being able to manage energy consumption, create holistic lighting networks and schedule automatic emergency lighting tests provides the ultimate peace of mind, and we’re looking forward to guiding visitors towards the right products for their needs.”
