World-leading supplier of smart lighting solutions, Tridonic UK, has announced a new suite of products that have been designed to contribute positively to a net zero carbon future.
Generation 4 Drivers have been created using sustainable design principles that are Cradle to Cradle compliant, giving customers full confidence in their sustainable credentials.
Tridonic’s Gen4 Drivers have been designed to provide increased functionality, including dimming, group function, scene function and emergency function. They can also either be wired or wireless controlled.
The Drivers’ increased data cell enables energy reporting and diagnostics which increase maintenance benefits and their centralised dashboard reporting makes lifetime management easier.
Simon Blazey, Strategic Solutions Sales Manager for Tridonic UK, said: “This truly is a new generation of drivers where feature meets intelligent design. The result is a whole string of benefits for people and the environment.
“Tridonic is committed to supporting customers and partners to achieve their net zero aims in line with the UN’s sustainability goals, the Paris Climate Agreement and Greenhouse Gas Protocol. Accessing greener and more sustainable solutions is going to help us all to realise these goals, utilising sustainable design to reuse, reduce waste, encourage remanufacture and utilise recycling as a last resort.”
Tridonic has released a suite of product ranges designed to create more sustainable choices for customers. Building AssetConnect – which was recently showcased at a webinar to over 100 industry peers – is Matter-enabled to create greater interoperability.
Tridonic’s Cradle to Cradle-approved products were rolled out in 2022 and cover LED modules and drivers, with emergency lighting products also due to be added to the range.
